The Data team turns data into a true product powering insights, automation and innovation across the company.
Today, Data Analysts handle full-stack responsibilities from dashboards and analyses to pipelines. The company is now hiring its first dedicated Senior Data Engineer to own the infrastructure and set new standards for scalability and reliability.
You Will Help The Team
- Build data as a product: trusted datasets used company-wide for reporting, experimentation, automation and internal tools
- Operate and evolve a modern data stack supporting growth, monitoring and governance
- Deliver actionable insights and power AI through reporting, self-serve dashboards and data tools
- Spread data culture by making data accessible, documented and trustworthy
🛠️ Tech stack
- Snowflake for data warehousing
- dbt for transformation, modeling and analytics engineering foundations
- Airbyte for ingestion
- Metabase for dashboards and self-serve analytics
- Airflow or similar orchestration tools for pipeline orchestration
- SQL and Python as core technical skills
- Cloud environments such as Snowflake, GCP or AWS
- Testing, monitoring, alerting, documentation and access governance across the platform
🎯 What you will do
- Scale the data infrastructure to make it more reliable, scalable and cost-efficient
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines ingesting from internal systems, APIs and external tools
- Improve dbt project organization, factorize jobs and strengthen transformation quality
- Implement monitoring, testing and alerting to ensure freshness, reliability and accuracy
- Manage data access and governance across tools such as Snowflake and Metabase

We are looking for a strong senior data engineer with a solid technical foundation, strong ownership and a genuine product/data impact mindset.
You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
- Track record building or scaling a modern data stack such as Airflow, dbt, BigQuery/Snowflake or event streaming
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools, cloud environments and data warehouses
- Strong data modeling, warehousing and performance optimization skills
- Clean architecture, documentation and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and spoken English

📌 Practical details
- 💰 Salary: €75K to €85K gross per year depending on seniority
- 📝 Contract: CDI / Permanent contract
- 📍 Location: Paris with frequent remote flexibility

- 🌍 Language: English fluent required
- 🇫🇷 French: not mandatory
- ⏳ Start date: ASAP / depending on notice period
