Responsibilities

  • You will develop and support IT applications for risk management and regulatory reporting, which are used to measure, monitor, control, and report risks.
  • In close cooperation with colleagues in the business department, you will analyze banking-specific issues and advise on technological implementation possibilities in the bank's Data Warehouse environment.
  • In your role, you will implement individual, innovative IT solutions and contribute to a stable, secure, and performant system landscape.
  • You will work in IT projects and, after initial experience, also take on the leadership of smaller projects yourself.

Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., training as an IT specialist) and have several years of professional experience in the IT or data environment.
  • You have sound experience in software and data architecture and are proficient in handling complex data models and system landscapes.
  • You have very good knowledge of SQL and relational database systems, as well as experience in Shell Scripting with Bash, and are responsible for the conceptual evaluation of ETL processes.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, a keen interest in economic and regulatory issues, and drive sustainable process improvements through your own initiative.
  • You have excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
