About the Role

As an experienced / senior Data Engineer, you will participate in the design and industrialization of modern data platforms to fully exploit the value of data. You will be involved in the entire data project lifecycle: modeling, ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and data exposure for analytics, data science, and business teams. You will also play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and standardization of data pipelines, contributing to the implementation of good engineering practices within the teams.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will notably work on the following topics:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Structure and model data in Snowflake to ensure consistency, performance, and usability.
• Develop and optimize data transformations with dbt (data build tool).
• Implement modern data architectures such as ELT, Data Warehouse / Lakehouse.
• Industrialize data transformation and preparation processes for analytical and data science use cases.
• Participate in the implementation and evolution of data platforms based on Snowflake and dbt.
• Contribute to the automation of deployments (CI/CD), testing, and continuous improvement of pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with data, analytics, and business teams to ensure data quality and relevance.

Your Profile

• Higher education in computer science, data, or equivalent.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Data Engineering or on modern data platforms.
• Good understanding of large-scale data management and transformation challenges.
• Experience in designing industrialized and maintainable data pipelines.
• Comfortable in collaborative, delivery-oriented environments.

Stack & Expertise Expected

• Excellent command of SQL and Python.
• Solid experience with Snowflake (modeling, optimization, performance).
• Very good command of dbt (dbt Cloud or dbt Core).
• Knowledge of modern data architectures: Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, ELT pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and good software engineering practices (testing, versioning, code quality).
• Professional English.
