Your Future Team:
The Client Performance team's main objective is to ensure the sustainability of the portfolios launched by Seyna. It contributes to making Seyna the best insurer for brokers by working on portfolio profitability, client satisfaction, and the compliance of delegated activities.
The Data Integration team (composed of Mathieu, Stéphane, Jules, and Rémy) ensures the integration of data from our delegates into the Seyna information system. They are responsible for the completeness and quality of the data.
What You'll Do:
- Collect and structure data: Integrate bordereaux autonomously, create new scripts (Python) and document data flows and specificities per portfolio.
- Control data: Implement control rules to ensure data completeness and consistency, analyze complex anomalies and propose fixes to improve data quality.
- Support and coordination: Work with clients to resolve data quality issues and support teams in accessing internal or external data.
- Optimization and automation of integration processes: Improve the integration experience with the Product & Engineering team, evolve code and automate data flows with our tech team!
- Deploy data frameworks for new portfolios: Lead data integration for each partner: design schemas with actuaries, define specifications with the tech team and implement an efficient architecture (PySpark - AWS).
