Your Responsibilities

• You work closely with business departments and customer service to continuously develop our platforms for customer service.
• You take the lead in building and further developing our Data Lakehouse and Data Hubs as a central foundation for AI use cases in customer service.
• You design and automate the connection of source systems, transform data into a uniform model, and ensure data quality, consistency, and performance.
• You contribute your in-depth knowledge of Data Engineering and AI methods and actively program to implement innovative solutions.
• Your daily work combines management, coordination, and hands-on implementation – you are both an idea generator and a practical implementer.
• You work cross-functionally with IT teams, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to understand and prioritize requirements, and to select and adapt modern tools and technologies.

What You Offer

• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written word.
• You have experience in managing and coordinating data and AI-related topics in interface functions.
• Agile working methods are familiar to you and you live them in daily collaboration.
• You have in-depth knowledge of working with Data Lakehouses and Data Hubs as a basis for scalable AI solutions.
• You master AI methods such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning and are proficient in programming with Python or comparable languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS for efficient support of modern data and AI infrastructures rounds off your profile.
