Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Senior Design Engineer. The Senior Design Engineer will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions and systems tailored to the needs of the agro-based and food processing industries. The role includes preparing detailed designs and technical drawings, evaluating project requirements, conducting design reviews, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. The engineer will also be responsible for improving existing automation systems and providing technical support during manufacturing and implementation processes.

Qualifications • Strong expertise in Mechanical Design, CAD Software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools), and proficiency in creating technical drawings and blueprints. • Knowledge in Automation Systems, Control Systems, and hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, and robotics integration. • Skills in Project Management, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and coordination of team efforts. • Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients. • Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. • Industry experience in food processing or agro-based automation will be an advantage.
