THE OPPORTUNITY
Our growing Construction and Design team is seeking a Senior Design Manager with the technical expertise to deliver complex builds and the design instinct to shape our brand. As a senior leader, you will define brand aesthetics and create high-performance restaurant environments, ensuring both new and existing locations are functional, refined, and thoughtfully renovated. Your work will balance welcoming dining spaces with seamless service flow, keeping our portfolio timeless and well maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new restaurant locations, from initial concept boards to final installation
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to ensure all designs align with LFG Growth Partnersʼ brand standards and scaling goals
- Mentor and oversee junior design staff, ensuring technical drawings and material selections meet LFG standards
- Produce comprehensive construction documentation packages, including floor plans, elevations, lighting designs, and custom millwork details
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment FF&E that are durable enough for commercial hospitality environments
- Coordinate directly with the construction team during the build-out phase to resolve site-specific design challenges in real time
- Oversee design updates for ongoing renovations and repairs of currently operating restaurants
- Conduct site audits to assess the wear and tear of existing materials and propose innovative, durable solutions for high-traffic areas
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- 5–7 years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on commercial hospitality/restaurant projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict construction deadlines
- Professional experience working in a restaurant environment required
COMPENSATION
Base salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
LFG Growth Partners advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbia’s pay transparency laws. Compensation within the range will be determined by evaluating factors such as job-related skills, education and/or training, and relevant professional experience. The range details above reflect base pay only, and does not include our comprehensive health benefits, and competitive bonus program.
