Senior Developer – Enterprise Content Management (ECM) / Workflow

About

We are recruiting for a Senior Developer to join an established Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Workflow team in a permanent capacity. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Woodmead office, with the balance working remotely.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Developer (senior level)
• Strong, hands‑on experience in:
  • C#
  • SQL
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Own reliable transport (non‑negotiable)

Highly Advantageous

• 5+ years experience in Enterprise Content Management and workflow
• Experience with ECM platforms, document management systems, and workflow automation

Additional Information

• Location: Woodmead, Johannesburg
• Work model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days in office per week)
• Start date: Ideally mid‑January, latest 1 February
• Salary: R700,000 – R750,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
