Your role in the team

• Customer projects: client-specific functions and extensions.
• Requirements analysis together with us and our clients.
• Mid-term: direct support for clients on support and feature topics.
• Further development of our standard product: new features, refactoring, performance optimization.
• AI as a product feature: Integration of AI services into our customer workflows – from RAG-based search in knowledge databases to AI integration for ticket and task management, as well as intelligent automation of recurring workflows.
• AI-First Development: You utilize modern AI tools ('Vibe Coding') not as a gimmick, but as a core part of your workflow.

Experience

• Several years of experience in C# / .NET / Web Development (both .NET Framework 4.8 and current .NET).
