Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java‑based microservices solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to build scalable, high‑performance applications that drive digital transformation for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Java‑based microservices using best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in cloud‑native development using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Experience with serverless computing and event‑driven architectures.
• Knowledge of API gateways and service mesh technologies.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud platforms.
