Senior DevOps

We offer a welcoming and inclusive environment where your work will make a real difference in driving growth and productivity for leading industries. * At least 5 years commercial experience with proven experience with Azure or/and AWS cloud platforms * Strong proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker * Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, especially GitHub Actions * Experience with microservices architecture * Experience in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) * Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities * Strong collaboration and communication skills – ideally developed in a client facing consultancy environment * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline * Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes * Manage container orchestration and GitOps requirements using Kubernetes and Docker * Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability * Implement and manage infrastructure as code solutions * Understanding of networking security concepts, including ingress and egress controls, to ensure secure and compliant infrastructure management. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement * Mentoring more junior team members * A role at the forefront of AI transformation for leading Swiss enterprises in financial services, insurance, and beyond * Work with cutting-edge AI technologies and innovative solutions that create real, measurable business value * A dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment where your contributions directly drive company growth * Supportive team culture that prioritises continuous learning, professional development, and personal growth * A leadership ethos focused on empowering people, fostering collaboration, excellence, authenticity, and diversity * Competitive salary package, 25 days of vacation, development budget, and a flat hierarchy
