Your Responsibilities

• Planning, design, implementation, and operation of company-wide directory services:
  • Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
  • Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
  • LDAP-based and other identity platforms
• Disaster recovery process definition and testing
• Management and optimization of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and monitoring of AD replication
• Conception and implementation of disaster recovery strategies and support for hybrid identity solutions (e.g., AD FS, Azure AD Connect)
• Development and maintenance of automation and scripting solutions (e.g., PowerShell)
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
• 3rd-level support for complex directory and identity topics
• Creation and updating of documentation, operational documents, and runbooks

Your Professional Experience

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, information technology, or a comparable field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an enterprise environment with a focus on directory services and automation.
• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity federation, as well as a solid understanding of IAM, SSO, and security best practices.
• Ideally, you have certifications such as MS-100, AZ-104, SC-300, AZ-800.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and basic knowledge of DevOps methods and tools.
• Analytical mindset, structured work approach, and high problem-solving competence.
