Your responsibilities

• Ensure FEFO-based product prep (BBD availability)
• Plan staff schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, shifts)
• Document and report shifts accurately
• Oversee proper shift handovers
• Participate in projects
• Ensure smooth multi-shift shipping operations
• Supervise and manage company facilities
• Conduct briefings and meetings
• Control and ensure timely shipments, transports, and pickups
• Prepare and follow up on shift work
• Manage time, reporting, and compliance with goals/standards
• Oversee quality and risk management
• Assist and act as deputy to the Site Manager

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
• Proven leadership and professional experience in a related industry (e.g. trade, manufacturing, services, or craftsmanship)
• Solid MS Office skills & basic understanding of ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, both disciplinary and professional
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on, independent working style
• Open to working in rotating shifts
• Excellent Spanish (C2) and very good English (C1) or German skills, both written and spoken

Our Benefits

• Collective agreement minimum salary:  49,000 on a full-time basis (according to the collective agreement for employees in companies providing services in automatic data processing and information technology).
