Senior DevOps Engineer

We're partnering with a health-tech consultancy architecting resilient cloud platforms for AI-powered healthcare systems. These environments support production workloads where uptime, security, compliance, and scalability are mission-critical.

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and strengthen the infrastructure layer — leading cloud architecture, Kubernetes operations, deployment automation, and security posture.

WHAT YOU WILL BE BUILDING

• GCP infrastructure across IAM, Cloud SQL, GCS, networking, monitoring, and access controls
• Kubernetes environments on GKE including cluster health, scaling, and container lifecycle management
• Terraform-managed infrastructure and repeatable environment provisioning
• CI/CD pipelines that accelerate delivery while protecting production stability
• Secure secrets management, audit logging, and operational governance controls
• High-availability systems supporting data-intensive and AI workloads
• Infrastructure aligned to HIPAA, SOC2, and healthcare-grade security expectations

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 10+ years relevant industry experience with strong hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
• Experience building and operating production CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
• Strong understanding of networking, IAM, security controls, and secrets management
• Experience running systems at scale, including performance-sensitive workloads
• Exposure to HIPAA, SOC2, or regulated environments with audit requirements
• Strong troubleshooting ability across infrastructure, deployments, and production incidents
• Engineering mindset focused on automation, resilience, and continuous improvement
• Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field
