As part of our team, you will take on the following tasks:

• You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and further development of Kubernetes-based cloud resources, including monitoring/logging solutions and Kafka.
• You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for container-based integration applications.
• You will also continuously improve development and delivery pipelines together with the development team.
• Furthermore, you will operate and optimize observability solutions for Azure resources, Kafka, and integration applications, create dashboards according to best practices, and implement alerting and automated remediation mechanisms.
• You will design and realize operational concepts for Azure resources, Confluent Cloud, and integration projects, consistently using Infrastructure-as-Code, e.g., with Terraform.

What sets you apart

• You have several years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on automation, deployment, and platform management.
• You have sound experience in the deployment and operation of cloud resources in Azure (alternatively AWS or GCP) or comparable on-premises environments and are proficient with container technologies and Kubernetes.
• You also have practical experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK/Elastic Stack and routinely automate with Bash, Python, or a comparable scripting language.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform) and the setup and operation of CI/CD pipelines are part of your daily routine; Kafka experience is a plus.
• You are characterized by strong analytical skills and high troubleshooting competence in platform and deployment topics.
• You communicate very well in German and English and convey technical content securely and understandably to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
