Your Qualifications

• Experience in implementing security-relevant architectures (according to BSI Grundschutz) and securing IT infrastructures
• Knowledge in general programming/scripting/Infrastructure as a Code (e.g., Go, Shell, Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience in setting up and operating Proxmox
• Experience in setting up and operating OpenShift 4
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux or comparable derivatives
• Experience with Infrastructure Automation
• Experience with Configuration Management
• Experience with DevOps platform GitLab
• Distributed version control (git, Subversion etc.)
• Experience in operating software solutions with external cloud providers (hyperscalers such as AWS)
• Knowledge of agile methods from practical participation in agile teams according to Scrum
• Knowledge of common storage technologies (Ceph (Rados-GW, RBD, CephFS) and cloud object storage (S3))
• Experience in managing Ansible Automation Platform
• Experience in setting up and operating OpenShift 4
• Experience in setting up and operating Red Hat OpenShift GitOps/ArgoCD
• Knowledge in general programming/scripting/Infrastructure as a Code (e.g., Go, Shell, Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience in automation and management of Linux
• Experience with system administration tasks
• Many years of experience in Infrastructure Automation & Configuration Management as well as distributed versioning systems with GitLab
• Experience in monitoring and telemetry acquisition with Prometheus and Grafana Enterprise
• Experience in implementing security-relevant architectures and securing IT infrastructures
• Experience with the implementation of application and user security in the form of, for example, LDAP, SAML2, OIDC, OAUTH2 etc.

Your Responsibilities

• The Plain area of application includes the conception, development, and operation of a data analysis and data management platform, which forms the basis for data engineering projects in a multi-tenant setup. This includes setting up the technical infrastructure as an on-premise solution in the company's own data center and developing/integrating existing software systems for virtualization, containerization, automation, and monitoring services.
• Conception, setup, and maintenance of multicluster solutions with Red Hat OpenShift 4
• Creation, management, and optimization of OpenShift resources with Red Hat OpenShift, GitOps/ArgoCD, and the virtual network infrastructure
• Conception, setup, and maintenance of the Ansible Automation Platform and Advanced Cluster Security
• Conception, testing, and implementation of a Zero Trust Network with OpenShift
• Conception and implementation of storage solutions with Red Hat CEPH and Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation
• Management of DNS, DHCP & IPAM (DDI) with Bluecat
• Conception and implementation of automation as Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
