About Us

We are Codefy - a successful technology startup from Heidelberg that has won the State Prize for Young Companies in Baden-Württemberg. In the last six years, we have created a unique software solution with AI assistance functions that helps the judiciary, administration, and leading companies in Germany to complete large and complex processes in a fraction of the otherwise required time and with higher security.

Your Role

• Operation and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters in on-premise and cloud environments
• Automation of deployments and build processes using CI/CD pipelines
• Provisioning and configuration of infrastructure with Ansible and Terraform
• Use of monitoring and alerting tools to ensure stability and performance
• Error analysis for malfunctions and server failures
• Technical support for customer projects, especially on-premise deployments
• Operation of LLMs in our own infrastructure
• Close collaboration with developers, product owners, key accounts, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in DevOps
• Experience with container environments (Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift)
• Experience with Linux and cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and the operation and maintenance of complex IT systems
• Ideally, experience with Ansible and Terraform, shell scripting, monitoring and logging tools, and software development (Rust, Python, React)
• Ideally, interest in MLOps topics

Our Team

We are a family-like and motivated team of about 30 people. The development team, in particular, tends to work remotely but meets regularly in parts in Heidelberg or other locations for a joint tech lunch. Twice a year, we all go on a multi-day strategy retreat to work on topics interdisciplinarily and spend time as a team in a beautiful environment with good food.

In the last five years, we have created a unique analysis software with AI that helps the judiciary, administration, and leading companies complete large and complex processes in a fraction of the otherwise required time and with much higher security.

We are looking for a dedicated new team member to support our software development team as a Fullstack Developer in full-time. The work is possible remotely (within Germany), in our office in Heidelberg, or hybrid.
