Your Role

You are a thought leader for our clients when it comes to building, operating, and further developing automated platform components. You always think one step ahead and contribute to our clients achieving their strategic goals.

This position can be filled full-time or part-time.

• You design creative, sustainable, and maintainable IT architectures for complex IT landscapes and, together with your team, ensure that business-critical systems run reliably.
• You live the DevOps culture and are responsible for the quality, stability, and security of our clients' environments.
• You simplify processes in everyday work by creating smart, automated (AI) solutions – whether in an agile Scrum team or a platform team.
• You are close to the client, recognize requirements and opportunities, and implement them together with your team.
• You advise projects and clients on relevant and current DevOps technologies and processes.
• You share your knowledge in technical workshops and are inspired by new impulses from our communities.

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud, and software development from implementation to productive operation, preferably with a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, another STEM field, or a comparable qualification.
• You are a technical expert in selected DevOps topics, ideally with experience in building and operating Sovereign AI platforms.
• You have extensive cloud knowledge, ideally in STACKIT, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• You are familiar with relevant DevOps tools and technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins and have practical experience in building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLabs), security, and basic system and network fundamentals.
• You convince with excellent communication and presentation skills, customer orientation, and a confident demeanor. Teamwork is more than a word for you – it is your driving force.
• You are willing to travel for projects and have excellent German and English language skills.
