Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong experience in production support, cloud platforms, and CI/CD engineering. This role is suited for professionals who are comfortable working in high-availability environments, handling incidents, and driving automation across the DevOps lifecycle.

You will play a key role in ensuring stability, performance, and continuous delivery of business-critical platforms within enterprise and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications and platforms
• Manage incident, problem, and change processes in line with ITIL practices
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes
• Support application deployments, releases, and hotfix activities
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Manage and support cloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred)
• Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS)
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security compliance
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams

Required Qualifications

• 10–13 years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or other IaC tools
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Geneos, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
• Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or regulated environments
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices
• Knowledge of data platforms or ETL tools
• Experience in observability and performance tuning
• Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps, including:
  • Managing and deploying AI/LLM-based applications
  • Working with model monitoring and AI pipelines
  • Understanding AI infrastructure and lifecycle management
