Your Tasks

  • Digital KPI Strategy: You translate classic marketing goals of our brands into measurable digital KPIs such as Reach, Viewability, Brandlift or CPX – in close cooperation with the Brand and Digital Advertising Team.
  • Advertising Strategy & Planning: You develop precise advertising strategies, taking into account our Golden Rules and lead generation for the respective brand areas.
  • Campaign Optimization: You get the most out of every campaign and advise our brands with data-driven recommendations for sustainable performance improvement.
  • Smart Audiences & 1P Data: Together with our Insights Managers, you develop precise targeting strategies and maximize the use of our valuable first-party data.
  • E-Commerce & ROI Steering: You optimize e-commerce media strategies, control budget allocation via ROI systems, and deliver regular campaign reports with clear recommendations for action.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) and 2–5 years of experience in programmatic buying (Display, Video, Mobile) and/or in the AdManagers of Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, SnapChat) – ideally from an agency environment.
  • Hands-on campaign experience with Google DV360, ActiveAgent, AMZ DSP or Meta, as well as strong Excel skills for data-based work.
  • Analytical mindset combined with a passion for Analytics & Consumer Insights – you make decisions based on data and drive digital transformation.
  • Strong organizational talent and excellent time management – you juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and consistently deliver top results.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative work style – you build relationships across teams and convince brand teams with well-founded cases.
