In this position, you will actively shape digital collaboration, develop and support solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, and assist in optimizing internal business processes. Your Responsibilities
- Analysis, structuring, and translation of business requirements into technical concepts
- Close collaboration with business departments, IT teams, and external service providers
- Creation of business and IT concepts, use cases, and process models
- Support in the optimization and digitalization of business processes
- Accompanying IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle
- Conducting workshops, coordination meetings, and presentations at the stakeholder level
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a similar role
- Very good understanding of business processes and IT system landscapes
- Experience with analysis and modeling methods (e.g., BPMN, UML)
- Structured, analytical approach and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und IT-Systemlandschaften
- Erfahrung mit Analyse- und Modellierungsmethoden (z. B. BPMN, UML)
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Responsibilities
- Analyse, Strukturierung und Übersetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen in technische Konzepte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern
- Erstellung von Fach- und IT-Konzepten, Use Cases und Prozessmodellen
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Begleitung von IT-Projekten über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
