Our client, a prominent player in the arts and entertainment industry, is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead their comprehensive online presence. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to drive innovative marketing campaigns from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive ticket sales and/or subscriptions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the arts and entertainment landscape, coupled with extensive experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Managing and optimizing all paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Overseeing social media strategy, content creation, community management, and engagement across various platforms.
  • Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Creating compelling and engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Analyzing website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience specifically within the arts, entertainment, or cultural sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, email marketing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
