About Our Client
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts in Kaduna, Kaduna, NG. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and foster engagement across various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics, coupled with a proven ability to manage campaigns and measure ROI. This position requires on-site presence to effectively collaborate with the internal team and oversee campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, community management, and paid social advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute content marketing plans, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, campaign creation, and performance analysis.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, design) to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across various channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing online campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is desirable.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Kaduna, Kaduna, NG.
