Our client is seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead their performance marketing initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise to drive online growth and customer acquisition from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, optimization, and ROI.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Oversee SEO strategy, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building efforts to improve organic search rankings. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to maximize conversion rates. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing materials. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Generate regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed. Mentor junior marketing team members and foster a collaborative environment. Contribute to overall marketing strategy and brand positioning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and growth strategies. Proven experience managing paid media budgets of significant size and demonstrating clear ROI. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major digital marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and best practices. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and marketing automation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
