Clear to Launch Healthcare Marketing (cleartolaunch.com) helps dental and healthcare practices grow through performance-driven paid media strategies. We manage large-scale Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Display, etc. programs for healthcare practices across the United States, with a relentless focus on ROI, lead quality, and sustainable growth.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on paid media role. You will own the day-to-day performance of multiple client accounts, make optimization decisions independently, and partner closely with the Digital Marketing Lead on strategy, scaling, and problem-solving.

You are not just maintaining campaigns, you are expected to diagnose issues, recommend changes, and improve performance across all platforms. Experience with healthcare or lead-generation advertising is strongly preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Ownership & Optimization

  • Own and optimize paid media campaigns, on a regularly scheduled basis and as needed.
  • Independently manage bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, and creative testing to improve CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Monitor performance daily and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign types.
  • Audit underperforming accounts and implement corrective strategies efficiently.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage and optimize spend across the client portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate daily and weekly pacing and efficient budget allocation.
  • Confidently scale winning campaigns and throttle underperforming ones.
  • Flag performance issues early and propose solutions, not just problems.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead on account strategy, scaling plans, and testing frameworks.
  • Participate in account performance reviews and internal strategy discussions.
  • Provide input on campaign structure, targeting approaches, and platform best practices.
  • Help elevate internal standards and contribute to process improvements.

Tools & Technical Execution

  • Use Google Ads Editor extensively for bulk builds and optimizations.
  • Ensure clean account structure and naming conventions across platforms.
  • Support and validate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and platform pixels.
  • Perform QA checks on tracking, launches, and major changes.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Contribute to internal performance reporting using DashThis and Google Sheets.
  • Clearly document account changes, insights, and action items in Asana.
  • Communicate performance clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Deep experience with Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event-based tracking, conversion configuration, funnel analysis, and cross-channel performance validation.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize lead-generation campaigns with real budgets.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel performance.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to explain why performance changed, not just what changed.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
