In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for our digital channels, develop impactful campaigns, and actively shape our online presence – from social media and websites to newsletters and events – in an international and interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Content management and strategic development of the EBNER GROUP's social media channels
• Conception, planning, and implementation of creative social media campaigns and management of the Corporate Influencer Program
• Creation, evaluation, and interpretation of analyses and reports for social media and websites
• Setup, relaunch, and ongoing optimization and support of websites, including SEO measures
• Conception, design, and distribution of newsletter campaigns and direct mailings
• Organization and participation in events

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in online marketing, communication, media, or comparable field
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in online marketing or digital communication
• High interest in digital trends, social media, and motivation for continuous development of one's own professional field
• Proficient in WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and InDesign)
• Experience with common digital and AI tools
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary and international collaboration
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

We offer an attractive and market-competitive salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement (Information and Consulting) minimum gross salary for a full-time position is 42,938 Euros per year.
