Your role at DKV Mobility
Your role at DKV Mobility is to shape digital mobility and fleet‑management solutions for hundreds of thousands of companies across Europe. The position is a senior product‑management role that blends strategy, research, roadmap planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a significant digital product area and drive its full lifecycle.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery research to deeply understand market needs and customer problems.
- Define and manage the roadmap – decide what, when, and why features should be built.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to conceptualise, develop, and launch solutions from bold visions to focused iterations.
- Utilise AI to increase efficiency, accelerate development, and amplify team impact.
- Measure impact with quantitative and qualitative metrics throughout beta and post‑release, using results to adjust the roadmap.
- Work with cross‑company stakeholders to deliver products with a clear GTM strategy; intervene hands‑on when needed.
- Communicate progress and vision across the organization to ensure alignment and excitement.
- Lead by example, embodying company values and mentoring Product‑team colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital product management.
- Strong customer orientation and problem‑definition skills; able to translate complex problems into clear, data‑driven actions.
- Excellent product judgment and the ability to balance customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
- Proficient at working with engineers and designers to deliver solutions swiftly; experienced in accelerating processes with AI.
- Experience defining and communicating roadmaps that inspire both customers and teams.
- Comfortable with modern technologies – APIs, SaaS infrastructure, low‑code tools, and system architecture.
- Results‑oriented mindset: measure, communicate, and advocate for progress and impact.
- Strong leadership skills and the capacity to influence and align stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English.
Work Arrangement
Unlike many portal listings, we specifically note that this is a hybrid role based in Ratingen and that full‑time, or part‑time (minimum 30 h/week) options are available.
