About

You will be responsible for leading or participating in a variety of complex functions within the digital environment, both web and mobile native, focusing on consumer banking products. This will involve contributing to large‑scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy, reviewing and analyzing complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research, or product management. You will independently resolve complex issues and work with the tech team to meet project deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid‑level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Qualifications Required

  • 4 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • 8 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager with Consumer banking experience
  • Ability to manage large‑scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of online authentication, authorization, fraud, or security
  • Agile and Jira experience in large, regulated organizations

Product Vision & Strategy Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, evolving, and communicating the product area vision, priorities, and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. You will collaborate with the product manager on the overall product roadmap, establish and communicate product area goals and performance indicators, and identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product area vision, strategies, and priorities. It will be your responsibility to actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals, coordinate with other product owners, define and refine user stories, and engage in all product area events.

Cross‑Functional Leadership Responsibilities

If you are hired, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and leading high‑performing, cross‑functional teams, resolving sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas, and maintaining continuous communication with the product manager and delivery teams. You will also be responsible for managing trade‑offs, executing day‑to‑day backlog prioritization and refinement, defining release plans aligned to the product strategy, and coordinating with business analysts, delivery coordinators, POs, and supporting roles shared across delivery teams.
