Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the US Consumer CardProspect Apply Experiencessupporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for innovative digital solutions which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage customer-facing digital initiatives related to consumer card prospect experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Servicing teams to drive project success.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth deployment of code to market.
• Define project requirements and objectives through discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators such as click-through rates, submission rates, and user journey metrics.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with User facing experience.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• User-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent digital products.
• Experience with design systems, front-end engineering, analytics, or marketing is a plus.
• Analytically savvy, capable of leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions.
