About the Role

We are a leading semiconductor company looking for an experienced Digital Verification Engineer to join our verification team. You will be responsible for developing robust verification methodologies, creating and executing testbenches, and collaborating closely with design engineers on cutting‑edge circuit designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain verification environments using industry‑standard tools (e.g., SystemVerilog/UVM, Verilator, Questa, VCS, etc.).
  • Develop and drive metrics‑based verification strategies to ensure coverage goals are met.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with RTL designers to understand specifications, resolve issues, and improve overall design quality.
  • Perform regression testing, debug complex failures, and provide clear, actionable reports.
  • Contribute to the definition and improvement of verification processes and best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of verification experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong proficiency with simulation and verification tools (SystemVerilog, UVM, Verilog‑XL, Questa, VCS, etc.).
  • Proven track record of metrics‑driven verification (coverage, bug‑hunt efficiency, etc.).
  • Familiarity with high‑level protocols (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, AMBA, etc.) and interface standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with formal verification, emulation, or FPGA‑based prototyping.
  • Knowledge of low‑power verification techniques.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments.
