Position Overview
The position of (Senior) Director Engineering plays a central role in the operational and strategic direction of the engineering organization at the site in county Hesse, Germany. This role leads the engineering team with around 110 employees, focusing on ensuring efficient processes and compliance with pharmaceutical-technical requirements (cGMP, EHS, sustainability). The position is responsible for the overall performance of the areas of production technology, automation, facilities/utilities, CAPEX projects & compliance and is part of the local leadership team.
