Senior Director, Nuclear Quality

In this senior director role, you will be accountable for developing and governing nuclear quality standards, enhancing organizational compliance across projects. You will lead site Project Quality Leads in applying rigorous quality requirements and establish protocols for audits and assessments while optimizing project performance. Your strategic insight will contribute to continuous improvement and risk management in all nuclear quality aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation of the Nuclear Quality Program
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and procedures
• Lead the refinement of graded quality approaches
• Support project-specific quality plans and strategies
• Establish quality performance metrics for leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in nuclear quality
• Demonstrated senior-level governance experience
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-site projects
• Engineering degree required; P.Eng. preferred
• Experience engaging with regulatory bodies
