We are on the lookout for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Provider Experience Zone. This pivotal role will secure the strategy, vision, and implementation of a comprehensive, scalable, and user-friendly product experience for healthcare providers within the Datavant ecosystem. Candidates should possess robust SaaS product expertise while being deeply committed to delivering outstanding user experiences in healthcare. The ideal candidate will harmonize product visionary skills with a strong sense of user empathy, leading teams to create effective solutions to complex healthcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities • Product Vision & Strategy • Articulate and define a long-term vision for the Provider Experience Zone, ensuring a cohesive, intuitive, and scalable product experience for health systems and provider organizations. • Develop strategic product roadmaps that are in sync with Datavant's mission and market demands. • Spot opportunities to enhance workflows, improve usability, and implement best practices across provider products. • Cross-Functional Leadership • Collaborate closely with Commercial teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to articulate clear product value and enable seamless product launches. • Work with Operations and Implementation teams to ensure product strategy is effectively translated into scalable processes. • Engage with Engineering leadership to prioritize development efforts and ensure reliable and secure platform experiences. • Business Impact & KPI Ownership • Oversee product KPIs related to adoption, retention, usage, and financial performance. • Link product development to measurable business outcomes and communicate these impacts compellingly to stakeholders. • Utilize data and customer feedback to drive prioritization and refine product strategies. • Customer & User Advocacy • Promote user-centered design principles while gathering insights into provider needs and challenges. • Nurture strong customer relationships to direct product evolution. • Lead initiatives such as customer discovery and feedback programs to foster significant product enhancements. • Product Delivery & Team Leadership • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of Product Managers and UX specialists. • Establish disciplined product operating rhythms for planning and execution. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products poised for operational and commercial success.

Qualifications • 10+ years in Product Management with at least 5 years leading SaaS product teams. • Proven success in defining and executing strategies across multiple products or platforms. • In-depth understanding of customer-centric design principles and user experience. • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate in fast-paced, high-growth organizations. • Exceptional communication skills to inspire teams and engage with senior stakeholders. • Experience in healthcare or regulated SaaS environments is highly desirable.

The estimated total cash compensation for this role is between $190,000 and $240,000 USD. This role is not eligible for employment sponsorship.
