We’re partnering with a high-growth, enterprise IoT organization in the Public Safety tech space to lead and scale a critical function during a period of continued global expansion.

This company delivers a widely adopted product suite with a multi-billion-dollar valuation and a strong international footprint. They are continuing to invest heavily in both product innovation and organizational scale, and this role will sit at the center of that growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across R&D and executive hiring, partnering directly with C-level stakeholders, HR, and business leaders
  • Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team while owning end-to-end portfolio health
  • Help drive automation and operational efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle, while building scalable playbooks for leadership hiring, confidential searches, and new market expansion

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience
  • Experience managing managers and scaling recruiting teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong partnership with C-level stakeholders and executive teams
  • Deep expertise in recruiting operations, funnel analytics, and workforce planning
