Our client, a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer brand at the forefront of the beauty and wellness industry, is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior E-commerce Product Manager to lead their online product strategy. This is a fully remote role, offering a unique opportunity to shape the digital customer experience and drive the growth of a beloved brand. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle of our e-commerce platform, from ideation and development to launch and optimization.
As the Senior E-commerce Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap, define features, write detailed requirements, and work closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver best-in-class online shopping experiences. Your focus will be on enhancing user engagement, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and overall revenue for our e-commerce channels. You will leverage data analytics, user research, and market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform, aligning with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Work with engineering teams to manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Prioritize features and backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce performance, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyze product performance data and user behavior to identify areas for optimization and A/B testing.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital product management.
- Manage product launches and ensure successful rollout across all relevant channels.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating the product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce technologies, platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and best practices.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing methodologies.
