Role Overview:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Design Lead, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering comprehensive electrical systems for a variety of environments. Your responsibilities will range from performing essential engineering calculations to overseeing the design and implementation of complex electrical systems. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff, ensuring high standards of quality, and supporting our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of electrical engineering systems from concept to completion for large-scale and complex projects.
• Oversee the preparation of engineering documents, detailed drawings, and specifications.
• Develop and implement solutions to advanced engineering challenges.
• Serve as a mentor for junior designers and engineers, fostering ongoing professional development.
• Ensure project quality and adherence to industry standards through comprehensive reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating leadership in addressing technical inquiries and design obstacles.
• Contribute to strategic business development initiatives, enhancing client and partner engagement.
• Act as Engineer of Record as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required for Engineer of Record roles.
• Preferred certifications include RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, or WELL.
• Proficiency in electrical design software including Revit and Bluebeam, with strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing complex scopes of work.

Compensation:

Henderson offers competitive salary ranges that vary by region, taking into account factors such as experience and local labor market conditions:

• Los Angeles: $106,742 - $185,014
• Las Vegas: $96,620 - $167,469
• Denver: $101,221 - $175,444
• New York: $112,263 - $194,583
• Philadelphia: $101,221 - $175,444
