Senior Electrical Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design of electrical power systems from medium/low voltage switchgear down to IT rack distribution
• Develop electrical schematics, system architectures, and detailed technical documentation
• Perform load calculations, system analysis, and electrical design validation
• Create and review 2D/3D models, workshop drawings, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), international standards, and internal engineering guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, structural, manufacturing, and site engineers
• Support supplier RFQs, material specifications, and technical evaluations
• Review engineering submittals, design packages, and technical documentation
• Provide technical support during fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning phases
• Participate in project kickoff meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions
• Troubleshoot electrical system issues and support continuous design improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or power systems design
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems (low and medium voltage)
• Knowledge of data center electrical infrastructure (UPS, switchgear, power distribution)
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure environments
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or EPLAN
• Knowledge of UPS systems, switchgear design, and power distribution design
• Experience with electrical modeling or simulation tools
