This role is crucial for the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and design through to construction and commissioning. This includes defining project scope, developing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems, coupled with extensive project management experience in an industrial or commercial setting. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. This position requires strong on-site presence to effectively manage project teams and liaise with stakeholders at various project locations. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of electrical engineering projects.

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Communicate project status effectively to clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of power systems, electrical design, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage diverse teams.
