Senior Electronics Design Engineer — Analog & Digital Systems (Mid‑Senior level)

About The Opportunity

This role has a system-level scope and requires an experienced engineer (typically 5+ years) who can take technical ownership of designs, lead development efforts, and provide mentorship to junior team members. The successful candidate will balance hands-on circuit design with cross-functional coordination across product, test, and manufacturing teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electronic circuitry for a range of advanced electronic products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify technical requirements and translate them into design specifications.
• Perform simulation and analysis of circuits to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee PCB layout and maintain design documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting to optimize design performance.
• Ensure designs meet electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) regulations and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Extensive experience with analog and digital circuit design
• Proficiency in PCB layout software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle)
• Strong understanding of simulation tools such as SPICE or ANSYS
• Experience in microcontroller and FPGA programming
• Knowledge of signal processing and EMC standards
• Excellent testing and validation skills

Preferred

• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools
• Familiarity with high-speed digital design techniques
