Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Hardware Developer (Embedded HW-Architecture) with strong hands-on experience in designing and validating embedded electronics for industrial drives and servo systems. The role involves end-to-end hardware development, including schematic design, PCB review, hardware bring-up, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded hardware systems and schematics
- Work on power management, analog/digital circuits, and protection circuits
- Support PCB layout and perform design reviews (SI/PI/EMC guidelines)
- Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and interface validation
- Execute verification plans (electrical, functional, environmental)
- Collaborate with firmware, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams
- Handle component selection, reliability checks, and technical documentation
- Support industrialization, testing, and compliance processes
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in embedded hardware design
- Strong expertise in schematic design and component selection
- Experience in power supplies and power management (DC/DC, LDO, sequencing)
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design
- Hands-on experience with MCU/SoC interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, PWM, ADC)
- Experience with lab debugging tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter)
- Proficiency in EDA tools (Altium, Cadence, Mentor)
- Strong understanding of EMC/EMI principles and PCB layout reviews
