Must Haves

• Degree (BSc/MSc) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering
• 5‑7+ years of experience in testing within agile environments, specifically where software meets hardware
• Proficiency with Linux and a strong foundation in test automation
• ISTQB certification is a plus (systematic thinking is essential)
• Curious investigator who enjoys learning how things work under the hood; communicates with empathy and clarity to ensure collaborative fixes
• Fluency in English (German is a great advantage for local collaboration)
