A degree (BSc/MSc) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering
Minimum 5‑7+ years of experience in testing in agile environments, specifically where software meets hardware
Proficient with Linux and a strong foundation in test automation (ISTQB certification is a plus)
Curious investigator who enjoys learning how things work under the hood; communicates with empathy and clarity, ensuring that technical findings lead to collaborative fixes
Fluency in English is required; German is a great advantage for local collaboration
