Senior Embedded software Engineer HMI – Steering Wheel Systems

Responsibilities

• Independent development of embedded software according to Marquardt process (HMI Car Interior, Steering Wheel)
• Analysis & elicitation of customer requirements
• Further detailed analysis of software specifications
• Creation, adaptation and extension of software architectures and design (AUTOSAR)
• Planning and implementation of tasks for SW design changes
• Implementation of integration tests (hands on involvement in the SW-HW integration process)
• Collaboration in the international project team

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering, technical computer science or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the embedded SW development (automotive field)
• Experience with automotive embedded systems AUTOSAR CAN / LIN
• Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, UART, SPI) is required.
• Knowledge of requirements for software development processes according to AGILE / Automotive SPICE / CMMI
• Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
• Ability to work and communicate in projects with higher number of interfaces

Desirable:

• Functional Safety & Cybersecurity overview (ISO26262 & ISO21434)
