Job Description

As a Staff/Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing the software that powers our revolutionary eVTOL propulsion systems. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test embedded software for our innovative propulsion systems.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system requirements and interfaces.
• Implement real-time control algorithms and communication protocols.
• Optimize software performance for efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in embedded software development (5+ years for Senior, 2+ years for Staff).
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Familiarity with microcontrollers and embedded hardware.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
