Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Support and Enhancement role with the following key requirements: • Experience providing L2/L3 support for production APIs within an enterprise environment. • Proven experience in handling P1/P2 incidents during the shift. • Hands-on experience working on API enhancements while being part of a support team. • Familiarity with using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD) to deploy enhancements.

Day-to-Day Operations: • API availability & uptime • Latency and error monitoring • Incident & service request resolution • API restarts and recovery • Consumer impact analysis • Business/L1 communication for API issues
