Job Description

We are currently looking for a Support and Enhancement role with the following key requirements:

Experience providing L2/L3 support for production APIs within an enterprise environment.
Proven experience in handling P1/P2 incidents during the shift.
Hands-on experience working on API enhancements while being part of a support team.
Familiarity with using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD) to deploy enhancements.

Monitor API availability & uptime.
Monitor latency and error.
Resolve incidents & service requests.
Perform API restarts and recovery.
Conduct consumer impact analysis.
Communicate with Business/L1 for API issues.
