Responsibilities

In your new role as Senior Engineer Defense (m / w / divers), you will take on the following tasks:

• Develop completion products according to offers and contracts within the scope of EASA 21G / 21J authorizations and arrange for their release.
• Take responsibility for complex, cross-functional projects and topics and support the development and introduction of processes and completion products.
• Develop the specialist area as an expert for specifications, design principles, and components, and define associated standards and processes.
• Define methods for sustainable process stability and quality assurance and anchor them in the department.
• Provide technical and conceptual leadership for engineers in the area and advise management and internal specialist departments.
• Monitor cross-industry developments and actively shape them in the interest of LHT.

Requirements

We would like to get to know you personally and therefore consciously refrain from listing soft skills. For your new role as Senior Engineer Defense (m / w / divers), you should meet the following requirements:

• Completed studies, preferably in electrical engineering, information technology, or communications engineering.
• Many years of experience as a Design Engineer and in project management.
• Knowledge in the field of high-frequency technology, communication technology, antenna design, EMC, radar.
• Confident handling of requirements management.
• Experience in the creation and implementation of system and integration requirements.
• Experience in the creation of technical documentation for (sub)systems (e.g., (test) specifications, integration and (acceptance) test plans).
• Experience in carrying out system verification.
• Knowledge in the application areas EW (EK / EloKa), SIGINT (Fm / EloAufkl), COMINT (FmAufkl), ELINT (EloAufkl), EPM / ECCM (EloSM), ESM (EloUM), ECM (EloGM), SPS / SDS.
• Good IT skills (SAP R / 3, MS-Office, CAX systems).
