About

The Self-Service Device & ATM Platform team is responsible for all aspects of self-service (SB) in our branches from an IT perspective. This includes all projects that change our self-service device landscape. From the introduction of new banknotes to the procurement of the next generation of devices, we support our business unit in gathering requirements, developing and testing solution approaches, and selecting and rolling out the chosen solution.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the technical conception, design, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure solutions for our ATM platform throughout its entire lifecycle.
  • Plan technical solutions to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure quality assurance in software development projects for ATMs and self-service devices.
  • Take on a key role in release management and continuous delivery of the ATM infrastructure/software.
  • Further develop and standardize Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines along the entire software delivery lifecycle.
  • Implement and expand automated testing strategies and frameworks based on your experience.
  • Continuously improve the quality, reliability, and availability of our ATM solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with IT product owners and application teams to understand the product vision and specific requirements.
  • Focus on enabling efficient and complete development/testing of self-service products.
  • Support the achievement of high product quality through early detection of errors and defects, and provide feedback for continuous improvement of development and testing processes within the team.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or an equivalent qualification and/or relevant professional experience, particularly in the area of ATM systems.
  • Relevant experience in self-service (hardware, software, tools, etc.).
  • Experience in software development and relevant processes (SDLC) as well as the tools and applications used: Collaboration (JIRA, Confluence), CI/CD (TeamCity, Maven), Test Automation, Reporting, and Documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
