Responsibilities

• Design and engineering of building automation and building management systems for complex HVAC systems (cost group 480), including control, regulation, and monitoring systems
• Design and engineering of safety and security systems (cost group 450), including fire alarm systems (FAS), voice alarm systems (VAS), public address systems (PA/ELA), access control, and CCTV systems
• Interdisciplinary coordination across all project phases, from design through execution, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and schedule targets
• Technical coordination with clients and preparation of planning documentation, calculations, and specifications across all HOAI service phases
• Development and evaluation of system concepts and layouts, including flow diagrams, system sizing, component specifications, routing concepts, and site/layout plans in accordance with DIN EN ISO 16484 and with consideration of building energy efficiency
• Coordination and management of subcontractors in the field of building automation and safety/security systems, including compliance with EHS requirements
• Support of on-site implementation, commissioning activities, participation in project meetings, and acceptance procedures

Qualifications

• Higher technical education (specialization in automation and robotics, electronics or similar)
• Multiple years of experience in a similar position
• Development of a building management system
• Control processes (with focus on HVAC automation)
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
• Knowledge of autoCAD and REVIT software - desirable
• Openness for business trips
