Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests to validate system scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with application owners and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage across CRM onPrem & Cloud web applications
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support agile delivery cycles.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Continuously improve testing automation practices and advocate for quality across the development lifecycle.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT related fields
• Minimum 5 years of web application test automation setup & implementation
• Hands-on experience with UI test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, TestComplete)
• Hands-on experience with performance testing (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner, Locust)
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
• Experience in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript or similar for test automation
• Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Independent, strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English
